I have some money saved up and I want to be a bet9ja agent. I know I need laptops, monitors plus printers , tv & decoder & most importantly a good location.
Now to those that has prior experience as agents, please is it still lucrative?

Just make sure you have enough money to set up your centre adequately.
And you might not start getting as much profit as you expect as soon as you start, so be patient.
You'll also have to fight the recurring temptation of being an addict of the game; cos you could lose all you've worked, for the moment that happens.

Well just visit the betting platform, scroll down and click on become an agent, fill out the form and you will be contacted from the headquarters . The super agent for Edo will call you too for inspection and some info

shop rent=depending your location
big printer=11-15k depending on your location
monitor LCDs=7-10k depending on new or used
Generator
shelf making= standard made is roughly 30k+
Laptop is advisable and recommended by bet9ja now.. 30k+ depending on the type you are buying
Dish and decoder for virtual
2 TV or you can use desktop screen if you know how to set up.
modem/router for network or a phone with hotspot.

400k should cover for everything but you should still use the analysis I dropped first and make a rough estimate depending on your location.. Please don't forget I stated it's a bit difficult in getting new accounts opened in some states due to too much agents and also politics most times.
You should know that their are individuals who also sell their betshops and accounts sometimes due to some challenges, you could also put an eye out for such but the a bit bit expensive most times due to some reasons.

Getting a new account to be opened in Lagos is close to impossible if not totally impossible, but don't lose hope if your pocket is very heavy and you meet the right people, you might be lucky.. I no longer have any super agent contact besides Jos's super agent .sorry... Well you're never allowed to use an account for a different location in another but you people do use it though.. So if you have any, you can use since bet9ja hardly go for inspection on all those things again.. QST? Is there any bet9ja shop close to your location?

You been the shop owner you get paid a weekly commission every Tuesday.. Commissions are calculated based on number of tickets you play per day..
And as the operator that's if you're employing someone, top up from virtual is a means of making money.. By top up I mean those monies that are not up to 50 or 100 naira (depending on your location) are yours to pocket.. E.g I play a game of #150 and win a sum of #1,990, the #90 will be yours..bit.ly so at the end of the day, the total money at hand minus the opening balance for the day.. e.g 17500-10000 I.e 10000 opening balance.. you've made a gain of 7,500.. Note this has nothing to do with your commission

Commission is been paid on Tuesdays of every week. Base on your total sales for the week .

Officially it's suppose to be 10 mins walk..bet9ja.com The issue is people mark territory which means if the owner of that shop doesn't beef you now, he might beef you later on when he begins to notice a drop in patronage at his place and a rise in patronage at your own place. and that is where investigations will reveal the account you're using there.. Well I wish you best of luck and pray it doesn't come to that but if it does try and settle with the person before the issue reaches the super agent of Lagos. The settling might be an agreed weekly percentage from your commission.
